Volunteer Application
If you are interested in making an impact by helping Iowans understand Medicare, you can use the resources below to submit an application to be a volunteer today!
PLEASE NOTE: Starting in 2023, SHIIP-SMP updated our application process. The link to apply will take all new applicants to a MyImpactPage where they will be prompted to create a new account linked to a username and email. SHIIP-SMP volunteer applicants will then be instructed to input basic contact information, and will need to click “Save and Continue” to reach the application form. You will receive a confirmation email that your application was submitted, which will include additional information about next steps.
